Cleaning: $95 USD per stay. To secure your dates, pay 50% of the confirmed reservation total in advance. Our team will confirm the booking after receiving payment and provide the balance schedule in writing.

Cancellation policy: Firm. Read the full cancellation disclosure before paying. Refunds follow those terms; the advance payment is not automatically non-refundable.

How many guests can stay?

Up to 2 guests. Queen bed. One bathroom.

What will my stay cost?

Nightly rates depend on your dates. The cleaning fee is $95 USD once per stay. Taxes and any optional parking are shown in your confirmed quote. There are no resort or amenity fees.

How do I confirm my booking?

Send your dates on WhatsApp. Availability, the total price and cancellation terms must be confirmed before you reserve. Choosing dates here does not book the apartment. A 50% advance payment of the confirmed total is required to hold dates, subject to the booking and cancellation terms.

The primary guest must be 21 or older and stay at the property throughout the reservation.
